之前睇過評語很好，直至住完幾天，酒店保安、前台、餐廳職員，甚至執房姐姐都是非常用心去服務，態度非常專業，極度欣賞。住房非常乾淨，房間大，早餐款色多，質素好。極之意外，生日當天居然收到酒店贈送生日蛋糕🎂，蛋糕仲係好好味道，感謝🙏

Superb location with direct access to raffles city which has everything. We arrived at the hotel at almost 3am, and the staff has kindly offered late check-out up to 2pm without us requesting. The room is well equippe and provide lip balm, hand cream and ear plugs which are very thoughtful.

家庭出行的理想選擇。公寓餐廳出去就可以看朝天門碼頭兩江交匯，LG層出門右轉上扶梯即到來福士購物中心，吃飯購物一站搞定。酒店禮賓服務熱情，問好、開電梯、介紹酒店設施等……

整個酒店都乾淨整潔，室外環境也很好下樓就是來福士商場，用餐購物都很方便，值得一提的是所有員工服務都熱情周到，笑臉相迎，大堂的陳忠還主動給我們介紹重慶的景點和歷史等，在我們離店時還上樓幫我們這幾個長者把行李運送到樓下，幫我們裝上車，真要感謝他。

酒店價格合適 地理位置非常優秀 禮賓部李江幫了很大忙 非常不錯 酒店房間尤其不錯 房間很大很寬敞 下次來還會優先考慮住在這裏

This is a lovely hotel. Actually I was given an upgrade that was very much appreciated. I marked the hotel low on amenities because the WiFi was as good as useless; I had to send voice messages to my wife because voice was terrible. And in addition I missed not having a drinks bar & snack for the evening. Oh one last thing, I wanted to use the pool but was told I need a swimming cap; I have very little hair & couldn’t be bothered looking for one in the shopping malls. On a very very positive note, when leaving I had a problem book a DD taxi through Alipay. Zoe on reception was attentive & even paid on her account (her paid her cash) to get me going & on time for a booked train. David Li working as the guests arrived & left was super helpful too Actually I found that all Chinese people I had contact with were helpful

Fantastic location, right at the iconic Chaotianmen. It is located at the same complex as the huge Raffles City mall, and only a stone's throw away from the famous Hongya Caves and river cruise piers. There is also a metro station here that is well-connected to other lines. In fact, we can see the famous confluence of the two rivers from the balcony right outside the hotel lobby. When we checked in, we were given a free upgrade. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and the bed mattresses were firm and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a long day of walking. The service was excellent throughout and the service staff went the extra mile to help plan our sightseeing itinerary, purchase the cruise tickets and provide local dining options. Definitely a great recommendation for families and first time visitors to Chongqing! A shout out to the concierge staff Orange and the porter Jack for their vibrant attitude and eagerness to assist the guests!

إقامة رائعة للعائلات وكبار السن - واسعة ونظيفة ومريحة قضينا إقامة رائعة في فندق أسكوت رافلز سيتي تشونغتشينغ. يتميز الفندق بموقع ممتاز، فهو قريب من المعالم السياحية الرئيسية، ويوفر إطلالات خلابة على النهر والمدينة. أقمنا في شقة بثلاث غرف، كانت مثالية لعائلتنا، بما في ذلك كبار السن. كانت الشقة واسعة ونظيفة ومجهزة تجهيزًا كاملاً بوسائل راحة مُدروسة بعناية، مثل غسالة ملابس وآلة صنع قهوة. جعلت إقامتنا مريحة وخالية من المتاعب. كان الإفطار جيدًا ومتنوعًا، وكان الموظفون ودودين ومتعاونين منذ لحظة تسجيل الوصول وحتى الرد على أي استفسارات. نوصي بشدة بالشقق للعائلات وكبار السن الذين يبحثون عن الراحة والمساحة الواسعة وموقع رائع في تشونغتشينغ.
