V-Hotel Da Nang Beach

I requested to extend my check-out time until 6:00 PM and was informed that I would need to pay 50% of the walk-in rate, not based on my reservation rate. While the hotel itself is good, as a tourism professional, it wouldn’t be my first choice in the future. Interestingly, the bellboy was more welcoming and helpful than the reception staff. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps the team improve.

Проживали в отеле 2 недели. За все это время все было безупречно. Отель находиться чуть в стороне от основной зоны для отдыха, но для нас это огромный плюс. Тишина по ночам и вечерам и неспешные прогулки на пляж. До пляжа с пальмовой рощей 10 минут, до рынка, который работает весь день около 1 км, магазины для мелких покупок рядом с отелем. Рекомендую отель для проживания. Он новый, все свежее, чистое и в рабочем состоянии. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Готова вернуться в него еще раз.

Disappointed with my stay at V-Hotel. I switched here after a great experience at another 4-star hotel near My Khe beach, but the service here was a letdown. Had issues right from check-in — I requested early check-in via email (they agreed if rooms were available), but at the desk, they asked for extra payment. Only after showing their email did they say the room wasn’t ready. Staff was initially rude and unprofessional — thankfully another staff member stepped in and then he apologized for his behaviour At checkout, they claimed a teaspoon was missing and made us sign a note saying we didn’t take it — felt like we were treated as thieves for a $1 spoon. Very disappointing. On the bright side, the rooms were nice, and the sauna was good. Breakfast had very limited non-pork options, but the kitchen staff kindly made vegetarian pho for us. The pool was small and not very kid-friendly. Location is far from shops and amenities — not as convenient as the My Khe area. I wish we stayed at our previous hotel longer, but they were fully booked. Only consider this place if you have no better options. Service really needs improvement.

間房超級乾淨，勁乾淨，張床好好瞓，勁大張床，每日起身見到個海景，好滿足好開心，係位置偏遠重點地方，都需要搭10幾分鐘grab出去，附近有間勁出名嘅按摩店行2分鐘就到。

酒店在美溪海灘中間偏下，出門就是去沙灘的路，方便。要訂海景房，景色優美。整體比較乾淨，設施齊全。早餐不錯，選擇挺多

床的確太高了，房間大小中規中矩 裝修比較復古 整體感覺有點陳舊 不像新裝修，早餐種類太少
