I did not like this place at all and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.
First of all, the check-in time being strictly at 3:00 PM is completely unreasonable. I arrived earlier, but nothing changed. They stick to the 3:00 PM rule rigidly. I was already there by 2:47 PM and asked the receptionist if it was possible to get the room a little earlier. The response was simply: “Wait for the key to be brought.” Eventually, the room was handed over exactly at 3:00 PM. I believe they barely manage to clean the rooms by then. This clearly shows a lack of flexibility. Many hotels and apartments are much more accommodating in this regard.
The second major issue – there was absolutely no prior notice about the deposit. Neither during the booking nor afterward was I informed about the 200 RM cash deposit. This is a highly unprofessional approach. The information is only provided when the key is handed over. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never encountered such a surprise deposit policy.
The room itself had an unpleasant smell.
I asked the reception for help with my luggage, and they said: “This is not a hotel, it’s an apartment system.” That may be true, but would it really be so hard to show a bit of courtesy and help?
Moreover, there were no slippers in the room, which shows that even the most basic comfort is not provided.
The worst part was the situation with my phone. I had accidentally left it in the room. Fortunately, I was able to return and retrieve it — they had kept it at the reception. But during this time, no one tried to contact me. In other hotels, they would immediately reach out via email or WhatsApp if something like this happens. Here, they only responded after I messaged them several times.
The check-out time is 11:00 AM, but check-in is set at 3:00 PM. That’s a very long gap. It should be considered that sometimes guests arrive early in the morning. At the very least, check-in could be adjusted to around 2:00 PM.
As for the pool — again, there was no prior information. Only on-site was I told that using the pool requires an additional payment. Other apartments clearly communicate such important details via email in advance. That was also missing here.
In conclusion: no customer orientation, poor service, zero flexibility. I would never stay here again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
